Traditional early 20th century solid silver Celtic penannular brooch. Originally designed for pinning kilts and shawls in place, it also works great for wool scarfs and on other woven fabrics.

One of the citrine paste stones has a small chip, only noticeable upon very close inspection. Otherwise it’s in great working order.
