Original mid-century era place mats, each with a different Camellia flower design taken from artwork by botanical artist Paul Osborne Jones (1921-1997).

There are some small marks and light age related wear but nothing too detrimental.

The decorative top has a protective coating so they can be wiped clean. They’re backed with cork. The gold leaf edging has worn in areas.

The base colour of these place mats is an off white. Please note that the larger set of six camellia flower place mats we also have on the website are a darker cream shade. They could happily all be used together but we want buyers to be aware there’s a notable difference when they’re side by side (see last photo).
