An original late 19th/early 20th century lamp base made from cast metal which has been painted black. Comes with original period brass guard- it would suit a decorative warm bulb or it could be swapped out for a fabric shade.

The paintwork has chipped a little in areas but there’s no other significant damage to the lamp. The lamp has been rewired in recent years with an attractive and period fitting gold twisted cord. It has a recent and up to date PAT test.
