French early 20th century solid brass curtain tie-backs. These are very large and would have originally been intended for thick and heavy curtains. They would work with lighter curtains, but you may find you need to play around with draping and wrapping the curtain fabric so that the curtain backs don’t look too out of proportion.

They have been highly polished by the previous owner, so unfortunately don’t retain any patina but have a bright lustrous shine.
