This old pine shelving is simply made but made very well- it’s very heavy and stands solid, a typical characteristic of Pitch Pine. It has been in a workshop for a very long period and looks to have last been painted around the 1950s-1960s. There are traces of older paints visible in areas.
The paint has scratches, marks and chips as you’d expect. No signs of woodworm.
